iPhone 4 (blocked - no signal) *

This phone is blocked! it has no signal! It is unclaimed from our Lost Property department and it has been reported lost (IMEI blocked). few scratches on screen . (will need charger) Someone may like to use it for all the other functions (Wifi, camera, games, video, Skype, iPod etc.), just not for phone use. Can also be jailbroken on newest iOS (5.1.1) if required........everything on this works perfectly apart from the phone aspect! all offers considered
